This is a private, personal, non-commercial integration for connecting Google Nest thermostats to Home Assistant.
The integration may access Google account information and Google Nest thermostat data, including thermostat names, locations, temperatures, humidity, modes, and settings. It may also send commands to thermostats selected by the account owner.
This information is used only to display and control the thermostats through the account owner’s private Home Assistant installation.
Data is not sold or shared with third parties by this integration. Integration data and credentials are stored on the account owner’s Home Assistant server.
Access can be revoked at any time through the Google Account security settings or by removing the Nest integration from Home Assistant.
